This is tricky. Discard the KQ on the AK. .Draw trumps ending in hand and take the finesse with the 10 or covering West's Q, repeating it, if necessary. There are 3 honours missing in the suit and provided East does not hold all three the contract is safe, as you see. The temptation is to discard two ♣s on the A and K spades, but then you need the A to be with West, which it is not.
