Win the ♠ switch, play a trump, and ruff your remaining ♥ in dummy then cash the ♠ K, then lead ♦J. If it is covered by the Q, play the ♦K.

If W wins with tthe A and returns a ♦, play ♦2 from dummy and the contract is made. If W leads a ♥, this gives declarer a ruff and discard.
